If you are playing poker then you will of course need poker chips and once you get done with those poker chips you will need somewhere to store them so they won’t get lost or damaged and that’s where a poker chip case comes in handy. The great thing about poker chip cases is that they are extremely easy to come buy and won’t burn a hole in your pocket, however it can get difficult picking a poker chip case because there are so many to choose from. If you want that casino feel and a large holding capacity then a clear acrylic carrying case is just what you are looking for. They are pretty inexpensive but they are rather bulky and aren’t to pleasing to the eye but they are great at holding poker chips.
However if you want a poker chip case that looks good then wood poker chip cases are perfect for you. They are made from durable wood and usually stained to bring out the grain of the wood. My favorite by far is the mahogany poker chip cases, they are sturdy and almost resemble an expensive cigar humidor. The only major downside to wood poker chip cases is that they typically don’t hold as many poker chips as an aluminum or acrylic case.
To me the aluminum poker chip cases are the best around and that might be why they are the most common. Most of them are sleek in design and easy to carry around and they can hold just as many poker chips as an acrylic case wood, sometimes they can even hold extra things like cards or buttons. It is still really hard to choose from all these great poker chip cases but the perfect one for your poker collection will come along.
