A winner has been declared; Canadian Erik Cajelais won £104,677 and his first WSOP bracelet at the WSOP Europe Tour 2009 Final Table event. This was a tremendous victory for Cajelais, after coming in second in the 2007 World Series of Poker event where he was defeated by Burt Boutin. After the win Cajelais was all smiles “I had to do everything to win and today I played well and the cards came out my way.” I am sure we will be seeing more from this poker pro at future events.
Unfortunately, the all time poker legend and on-line poker entrepreneur, Howard Lederer finished in 9th place. Well, Howard has had his time with many wins and has two WSOP bracelets of his own to show for it. Congratulations to all the Final Table players that is quite an accomplishment.
